Try Accesa Health Recheck, our new follow up program for local medical providers.

Through Recheck, we will see patients that present for a recheck from a provider to our medical clinic for an affordable, flat fee. For this cost, your patient can walk in at any time and be seen by a physician, usually within 15 minutes.

To allow the patient to participate in Recheck, please do the following:

1. Provide a Recheck Note with the patient's diagnosis, relevant labs, and study results
2. Indicate what specifically you would like rechecked
3. Provide a way that we can contact you if the recheck is abnormal

You can download an easy-to-use Recheck Note in order to provide this information. You will also find a map to our clinic. Please give both forms to the patient prior to discharge with instructions to bring them to Accesa Health.

Recheck is for patients with minor problems only. We cannot do rechecks for abdominal pain, chest pain, or other problems of similar severity.

Accesa Health also provides other medical services if your patient needs general medical care. We accept cash or credit cards and payment is due at the time of service.
