Whether you need a physical exam for school, work, camp, DOT/CDL, the Peace Corps, or for a general wellness check, we can help.
At Accesa Health, we don't rubber stamp physical exams. We take each physical exam seriously because it is a valuable opportunity for us to analyze your health history and analyze your major organ systems in a systematic manner.
By approaching each physical this way, we help our clients identify areas of concern and make changes that will help them achieve their health goals. Because we do not take health insurance, we can think outside of the box and potentially suggest alternative approaches that might greatly benefit our clients.
Clients who want a deeper dive into their health status choose our physical exam with screening blood tests. With each client, we customize panels that address his or her specific needs, and the fee includes all lab fees and a copy of your results.
Additionally, if you need a physical for a regulatory reason (e.g. commercial driver's license), we can help. Our CDL/DOT clients can walk in anytime we are open and walk out with completed paperwork, generally in 30 minutes or less.
Our physical exams are priced as follows:
- $60: Sports Physical (Under 18. Requires a parent and glasses/contacts if worn.)
- $75: Physical (General, Health Screening, Sports, Work)
- $90: Physical + Urinalysis (CDL, DOT, DMV, NHRA, Peace Corps)
- $150: Physical + 3 Blood Tests (e.g. Blood Type, Diabetes, Kidney, Lipids/Cholesterol, TSH)

Unfortunately, we are not set up to help people with complex health needs or ongoing primary care. Instead, we are best suited for relatively healthy individuals who want a more thorough look at their health status.
The best part is that you do not need an appointment and most patients are seen in 15 minutes or less. Additionally, if you need paperwork completed to document your good health at the time of your physical, we will give that to you before you leave (all of our forms are signed or co-signed by an MD).
