We are currently taking bookings for on-site flu shots for the 2011-2012 flu season. For our on-site clinics, we offer both standard and preservative-free flu shots.
Additionally, if you or your team requires on-site travel vaccinations, tuberculosis (TB) skin testing, or vitamin shots, Accesa Health's mobile team can deliver.
For On-Site Flu Shot Clinics for the 2011-2012 year, please download our On-Site Flu Clinic Registration and email the completed form to flushot@accesahealth.com or fax it to (310) 694-8007. One of our corporate representatives will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
