Accesa Health makes getting tested for fertility an affordable, convenient, and stress-free experience.
Through Accesa Health, you can get tested at any of our partner lab facilities on a weekday convenient to you. Our partner lab currently has testing facilities in Lancaster, Newport Beach, San Bernardino and Torrance.

How much does it cost?
Our price for the male fertility testing includes the doctor's order that you need to get tested, all lab fees and taxes, and
a pdf copy of your results. This price also includes help understanding your results if you need it. There are no other hidden fees.

Accesa Semen Analysis & Consultation
The Semen Analysis & Consultation Test includes a medical male fertility and post-vasectomy test as well as a phone consultation discussing your results.
This fertility test is the male part of checking a couple for infertility or verifying that a vasectomy was effective.
The male fertility test measures important components of the semen and sperm:
- Volume
- Viscosity
- pH
- Motility (% motile)
- Concentration (million/mL)
- Morphology (% normal)
Your results will include a reference, or normal, range against which you can compare your results.

Accesa Gonorrhea & Chlamydia Test
The Gonorrhea & Chlamydia test checks your urine for the presence of Gonorrhea & Chlamydia.
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia are sexually transmitted diseases that can affect fertility. They are readily treated with antibiotics.
Accesa Hepatitis B Test
The Hepatitis B Test, also known as the Hepatitis B Surface Antigen or HBsAg, measures the level of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen.
The Hepatitis B Surface Antigen is the earliest indicator of the presence of a Hepatitis B infection. It can be detected as early as 7 weeks before the onset of clinical symptoms.
Typically, a negative HBsAg means that the person does not have Hepatitis B. There are rare windows of time in which the HBsAg antibodies will have disappeared while long-term IgG antibodies have not yet appeared.
This test is frequently used to screen blood for donation.
Accesa Hepatitis C Antibody Test
The Hepatitis C Antibody test checks for the presence of Hepatitis C virus antibodies.
A positive test suggests prior or current Hepatitis C virus infection.
Hepatitis C can be transmitted through blood transfusion. As a results, this test is frequently used to screen blood prior to donation.
Accesa HIV Test
The HIV test checks for the presence of antibodies to HIV 1 and 2.
HIV can affect fertility. A negative HIV result is reported as Non Reactive.
Accesa HTLV Test
The HTLV test checks for the presence of antibodies to HTLV 1 and 2.
HTLV can affect fertility. A negative HTLV result is reported as Non Reactive.
Accesa RPR Test
The RPR, also known as the Rapid Plasma Reagin test, is a screening test for syphilis antibodies.
Syphilis can cause infertility. The RPR test is a very accurate screening test for syphilis for people without symptoms.

The Fertility Panel tests for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, HTLV, & Syphilis (RPR).

Can I just go to the lab on my own without registering?

We recommend calling the lab ahead of time to confirm that they are running the tests on the day that you wish to get tested.
For the semen analysis, we recommend abstaining from sexual activity for 3-5 days before your test.
Do I have to pay more at the lab?
No! The lab will simply test you.
When do I get my results?
Most results are available in 3-4 business days. Once we receive them, we will send you your results by email in a pdf file
or you can pick them up at our clinic.
