Through Accesa Health, you can order STD tests online and walk into a local lab, get tested, and get results in 3-4 business days. Most of our clients have a lab within a few miles (see for yourself on the Lab Locator).
How much does it cost?
Our prices are typically 50% lower than the walk-in cash price at the lab and include the doctor's order that you need to get tested,
all lab fees and taxes, and a pdf copy of your results. We will also help you interpret your results if needed. There are no other hidden fees.

Accesa Gonorrhea & Chlamydia Test
The Gonorrhea & Chlamydia test checks your urine for the presence of Gonorrhea & Chlamydia.
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia are sexually transmitted diseases that can affect fertility. They are readily treated with antibiotics.
Accesa Hepatitis B Test
The Hepatitis B Test, also known as the Hepatitis B Surface Antigen or HBsAg, measures the level of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen.
The Hepatitis B Surface Antigen is the earliest indicator of the presence of a Hepatitis B infection. It can be detected as early as 7 weeks before the onset of clinical symptoms.
Typically, a negative HBsAg means that the person does not have Hepatitis B. There are rare windows of time in which the HBsAg antibodies will have disappeared while long-term IgG antibodies have not yet appeared.
This test is frequently used to screen blood for donation.
Accesa Hepatitis C Antibody Test
The Hepatitis C Antibody test checks for the presence of Hepatitis C virus antibodies.
A positive test suggests prior or current Hepatitis C virus infection.
Hepatitis C can be transmitted through blood transfusion. As a results, this test is frequently used to screen blood prior to donation.
Accesa Herpes Test
The Herpes Test checks for the presence of Herpes types 1 and 2.
This test checks for IgG antibodies to Herpes (HSV) types 1 and/or 2. A positive test confirms exposure to a Herpes Simplex types 1 and/or 2 virus infection.
A positive result for this test may occur even if a person infected with Herpes does not have symptoms. Once infected by HSV, it is possible to communicate the virus to other people even if you are not having symptoms.
Accesa HIV Test
The HIV test checks for the presence of antibodies to HIV 1 and 2.
HIV can affect fertility. A negative HIV result is reported as Non Reactive.
Accesa RPR Test
The RPR, also known as the Rapid Plasma Reagin test, is a screening test for syphilis antibodies.
Syphilis can cause infertility. The RPR test is a very accurate screening test for syphilis for people without symptoms.
Accesa Total STD Panel
The Total STD Panel includes Chlamydia & Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Herpes I/II, HIV I/II, and RPR.
Chlamydia & Gonorrhea are sexually transmitted diseases that can cause burning or pain with urination. They are tested through a urine sample and are readily treated with antibiotics.
Hepatitis B is tested through the Hepatitis B Surface Antigen test. This test is the earliest indicator of the presence of a Hepatitis B infection and can be detected as early as 7 weeks before the onset of clinical symptoms.

4) Get tested at the lab
5) Have your results emailed to you in 3-4 days
Who can use this service?
We offer this service to clients 18 years of age or over.
Are my results confidential?
Yes. Accesa Health will not share your results with any third party without your consent.
Can I just go to LabCorp on my own without registering?
No. By law, you must have an order from a licensed medical provider to get tested. We will provide that for you.
Do I have to pay more at the lab?
No! The lab will simply test you.
When do I get my results?
Most test results are available within 3-4 business days after you go to the test center.
Once we receive them, we will send you your results by email in a pdf file.
What if I test positive?
If you test positive for anything except Herpes 1 (HSV-1), one of our team members will call you to discuss your test and options.
